How can I take care of my Indy's Boutique Jewelry?

Quick Shine Up: Keep the dazzle alive with a gentle wipe using a soft, dry cloth. We recommend rinsing off the jewelry in tap water if you swim in the ocean to ensure the quality of the pieces. 

Shipping Policy 

1.Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and 2-5 days to arrive after being shipped.

2. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We can only replace your package if you purchased route protection plan. 

Please give us 48 hours to respond to your email, customer service is Monday-Saturday 9am- 4pm. 

3. Please make sure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order. If your package says "returned to sender" be prepared to pay for additional shipping costs. 

4. We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Indy's Boutique and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Indy's Boutique Is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

5.Any Cancellations please notify us within a 24-hour span, After the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the item and a return must be fulfilled instead.

 

Exchanges & Return Policy

- We happily except exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt.

Free Exchange: Select an item for exchange and email us with your order number and exchange item request to avoid paying restocking fees. We will send out your exchange for free & provide you with a return label.

Refund: Email us with your order number and item you would like to return. We will send you a return label.  

Due to sanitary reasons, Items that CANNOT be exchanged or returned are: 

- Earrings and any beauty products (unless you received damaged goods). Please be ready to show picture evidence to support any evidence. 

- Items that were purchased on sale (including the use of promo codes) may be returned for store credit & exchanges ONLY

- Bundles are special items offered at a discounted rate for a limited time. They are considered FINAL SALE, and no returns or exchanges are allowed for bundle items. Please make sure to review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
